Because of the exclusive and high-value nature of our products:

We do NOT accept returns. Only exchanges are allowed.

Please read the policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. No Return Policy

We do not offer returns, refunds, or cancellations once an order is placed and confirmed.
All sales are considered final.

This applies to all products, including:

  • Luxury watches

  • Designer bags

  • Limited edition or premium pieces

2. Exchange Policy (Eligible Cases Only)

Although returns are not accepted, we do allow product exchanges in specific situations:

Exchange is accepted if:

  • You received a wrong product (different model, brand, or color than ordered).

  • The product arrived with a manufacturing defect.

  • The item was damaged during shipping.

Exchange is NOT accepted if:

  • The customer changed their mind.

  • The product was used, worn, or damaged after delivery.

  • The issue is due to customer handling.

  • The product authenticity concern is not supported with valid proof.

  • The damage claim is reported late.

3. Exchange Request Time Frame

To be eligible for exchange:

  • You must report the issue within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the product.

  • You must provide clear photos and videos as evidence.

  • The product must be in unused condition, with all:
    ✔ Original packaging
    ✔ Tags
    ✔ Protection films
    ✔ Authenticity documents (if included)

Failure to provide proper evidence may result in the exchange request being rejected.

4. Exchange Process

  2. Share order number, issue details, and photos/videos.

  3. Our team will review the request within 24–72 hours.

  4. If approved, we will arrange an exchange based on product availability.

  5. Shipping cost for return shipping may be the customer’s responsibility (depending on the case).

5. Product Availability for Exchange

Since we deal in exclusive luxury items, stock may be limited.
If the exact item is unavailable, you may choose another product of:

  • Equal value
    OR

  • Higher value (difference to be paid by customer)

No refund will be provided for selecting a lower-priced item.

6. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items cannot be exchanged:

  • Used or worn items

  • Products with removed seals or damaged packaging

  • Final sale items

  • Customized or special-order pieces

  • Items claimed after 48 hours

  • Products without proof of issue

7. Authenticity & Inspection

Every product shipped from Luxury Beyond Moments is thoroughly inspected and verified.
If any authenticity or quality concerns arise, we will evaluate them professionally.
